Professor Ivana Dusparic is the Pillar Lead for Digital Infrastructure. Proffesor Ivana is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science and Statistics at Trinity College Dublin, a Fellow of Trinity, and a Member of the Royal Irish Academy Engineering and Computer Sciences Committee. Dr Ivana’s research focuses on using AI to autonomously optimise complex infrastructures, with particular emphasis on intelligent mobility, sustainable cities, and next-generation communications networks. She is co-Director and TCD lead of the SFI Centre for Research Training in AI, a funded investigator in the CONNECT Centre for Future Networks, and co-PI on an SFI Frontiers project on intelligent mobility. Her work has led to an invention disclosure and patent in Urban Traffic Control and is backed by SFI, Enterprise Ireland, and the Irish Research Council.
