Jennifer Fitzpatrick is the Finance Manager at the ARC Hub for ICT. Jennifer is responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing all Hub finances and works closely with both internal Technological University Dublin teams and partner institutions to ensure the Hub’s translational research funding is accurately managed and distributed. With over a decade of experience in financial accounting, payroll, and change management, Jennifer brings a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative mindset to her work. She has served in key financial roles across TU Dublin, Dublin Business School, and Intelligo Software Ltd (SD Worx Ireland) , and with the Irish Payroll Association. Most recently, she worked as a Change Manager at TU Dublin, contributing to strategic transformation initiatives across the University. Jennifer holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant qualification (CIMA), is a Chartered Tax Advisor, and has additional training in Lean, Operational Excellence, and Change Management (Prosci Certified). She also holds a Master’s in Training and Education from Griffith College Dublin. In a start up environment which the ARC Hub for ICT will deal with, Jennifer’s role will be comparable to a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Her role is crucial to ensuring that financial processes are aligned, transparent, and enabling—so the Hub can scale with confidence and deliver the impact it's designed for.
