Sarah Conroy is the Operations Lead for the ARC Hub for ICT, hosted at Technological University Dublin. Sarah oversees all administrative activity across the Hub and ensures systems are in place to support clear communication and seamless collaboration between external partners, stakeholders, and researchers. With extensive experience in tertiary education and a strong track record of delivering operational value in university settings, Sarah specialises in managing complex processes, building effective cross-functional relationships, and enabling high-impact outcomes. Before joining the ARC Hub in 2025, Sarah was Senior Exams and Assessment Officer at National College of Ireland and previously held roles within the Canadian university network at York University, CPA Ontario and CGA-Canada (Certified General Accountants Association of Canada) Ontario. She holds a BA in Linguistics and Sociology from University College Dublin, alongside professional certifications in leadership and management.
