I bring over a decade of expertise at the intersection of European Union politics and computational methods to this commercialisation opportunity. As Associate Professor at UCD and Director of the Connected_Politics Lab, I have secured €1.72m in research funding and established a track record of translating academic innovation into practical applications. My research integrating large language models (LLMs) with EU policy analysis has been published in leading journals including Political Analysis, European Union Politics, and Governance, with my 2017 work on legislative amendments receiving the Sage Award for best article in European Union Politics.
