Her background spans a PhD, postdoctoral research, and research assistant roles in microbiology, biochemistry, and food safety, where she mastered techniques central to this project, including SEM, UV-spectrophotometry, water contact angle measurement, thermogravimetric analysis, tensile testing, FTIR, and a wide range of microbiological assessments such as antibacterial activity, growth kinetics, and biofilm analysis.
