As Lead TR and Founder, I lead the overall vision, execution, and commercialisation of AIRIS. My role spans technical oversight, research delivery, and market development, working closely with both the technical lead and business developer from project initiation. I will also actively engage in ARC Hub commercialisation programmes to strengthen venture-building capability and investor readiness.

I bring a strong founder-market fit, combining deep expertise in AI governance with a proven track record in designing and operationalising EU-scale digital infrastructures. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Galway, I have led high-impact work across major European programmes including ADRA-E, INNOCAP, and MaaS4IRL. I spearheaded the multi-dimensional taxonomy underpinning the EU ADR Awareness Centre, a repository of over 400 curated AI resources for the European Commission, co-developing its infrastructure with Trust-IT to ensure pan-European scalability. This experience underpins AIRIS’s core capability: translating unstructured system-level data into structured, regulatory-aligned outputs, a critical requirement for Article 73 compliance.
