Paul Sweeney is the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of Webio, an award-winning conversational AI platform based in Dublin, Ireland. He leads product strategy and innovation, helping enterprises automate and enhance customer conversations across digital channels.
Paul co-founded Webio in 2016, bringing over 20 years of experience in software startups and product development. He has been instrumental in shaping the company’s vision and expanding its reach into Europe and Africa.
He holds a Research Master’s in Product Strategy from the University of Limerick, and has experience in lecturing and teaching. Paul is also a co-founder of ConverCon, a leading conference for conversational AI professionals.
