Prof. Ivana Dusparic is the Pillar Lead for Digital Infrastructure at the ARC Hub for ICT. She is a Professor in Computer Science in the School of Computer Science and Statistics and a Fellow of Trinity College Dublin (TCD). She has 20 years of research experience in development of novel AI techniques and their applications in optimization and sustainability of large scale critical infrastructures, with the focus on intelligent mobility and next generation communications networks. Her research has been funded through Science Foundation Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, and Irish Research Council programmes as well as industry, with the total value of projects she led or co-led exceeding 20 million euro. She is currently a Co-Director and a TCD lead of Research Ireland Center for Research Training in Artificial Intelligence, a co-PI on Clearway - Research Ireland Frontiers for the Future Award on reinforcement learning in intelligent mobility, and a funded investigator in CONNECT Research Center for Future Networks and Communications.

Research Programmes
6GOrch
Optimises how 6G networks allocate computing resources at the edge, so demanding services like autonomous vehicles run reliably on constrained hardware.
EAComm
High-bandwidth optical neuromorphic AI chips that cut the electricity and water data centres consume to run rapidly growing AI workloads.
EURVISTA
An EU policy intelligence platform with a natural language interface, giving public affairs teams strategic insight into positions and stakeholder networks.
